How to enable telnet on Windows Vista & 7
Some of advanced computer user might need to use command prompt like "telnet" often and this command is by default disable on Windows Vista and Windows 7, follow this guide to enable it: Go to 'Control Panel' > 'Programs and Features' > 'Turn Windows Features on or off' (on the left) > check 'Telnet Client' and click 'Ok'.
